Wholesale Information

If you are interested in selling Fred Babb products through your retail store or catalog, please submit a credit sheet to us. Once this information has been received and processed, you will be sent a catalog and price sheet for wholesale purchasing. You will also be notified if you have been approved for Net 30 or other payment terms.

In your credit sheet we require the following information:

Business Name
Number of years in business
Contact Person
Business Mailing and Shipping Addresses
Phone number, fax and e-mail
Other Store Front addresses where you will be selling Fred's work
State resale or sales tax number
4 current trade references: names, addresses, contact, fax and phone
Bank name, address, contact, fax and phone, bank account information

When sending e-mail, do not submit the credit sheet as an attachment, paste it into the e-mail. We do not open attachments under any circumstances.
